Swine Flu & You

What is the Swine Flu?

The Swine Flu is the sexiest influenza today. Influenza is a virus & it's contagious.

How would I get this flu? Having a low functioning immune system and being near someone who has it. They cough or sneeze & you with a your functioning immune system touch a surface they touched (like a door handle or grocery cart) then touch your face, eyes or mouth.

Symptoms? Up to 4 days after exposure symptoms like coughing, sneezing, headaches and body aches, fever, chills, and sometimes vomiting and diarrhea. Adults with severe illness may also have difficulty breathing, dizziness, confusion, or severe vomiting and diarrhea.

On Table for Adjustment Your best protection from swine flu? Energize your immune system! Get adjusted by your Chiropractor! Remember: Chiropractic doesn't just help with back pain and neck pain. Studies show that being adjusted twice a week can increase your immune system function by up to 400%. Use little to no sugar in your food! Sugar lowers the immune system function. Avoid the added sugar to your coffee, soda, sweetened drinks, candy, alcohol and white flour products. Drink lots of water! Wash your hands a lot.

Use natural disinfectants like essential oils that fight viruses (eucalyptus lemon, lavender, tea tree oil are the most popular). To disinfect a room from the flu virus, you should buy a new plant sprayer, use warm but not boiling water inside the bottle, add 4+ drops of a oil listed above (your choice) per one cup of water, shake before each use and spray on hard surfaces throughout your house and use a clean rag to wipe down the surface. You can also disinfectant a room by spraying the mixture into the air.
